My Name Is Hope

September 5, 2012  —

For our final teaching on James, we look back at a few Psalms of lament, written by authors who are crying out to God in their great pain. Their pain has many similarities to what we think of now as depression and anxietyŠ—”which millions of people in the world find themselves struggling with. We are prompted in the final verses of James to remain hopeful and turn to Christ in honesty and worship during even the darkest and most chaotic seasons of our lives.
